
Community Spirit has large internal cabin area with flexible seating accommodating up to 35 passengers, depending on the number of wheelchairs onboard. A galley area with electric water heater and fridge is available for group leaders to serve their own food from and make hot or cold drinks. Crockery and cutlery are not provided. Please bring your own disposable plates, mugs, cutlery, along with your own tea, coffee, sugar, milk and soft drinks, if required.
A fully accessible toilet with hand basin and emergency alarm completes the passenger area. Warm air heating is provided when required.
Embarkation is via a boarding ramp leading to steps or a hydraulic lift, enabling full access for people using wheelchairs or with additional mobility needs.
Community Spirit, built by Colecraft in 2019, is powered by a state-of-the-art hybrid propulsion system, backed up by solar panels. When running under electric drive rather than its diesel engine, the quieter environment will enhance the overall passenger experience.

Each person in a wheelchair counts as two.
For example, with 4 wheelchair users, maximum headcount would be 31.
